St. Paul’s Community College began in the Autumn of 2013 to engage in the six step Self Evaluation process, that would lead to a School Improvement Plan ready for implementation in 2014/15.

From the three options given, we decided to focus on numeracy. We carried out a lot of research amongst the students, staff and parents. We are very grateful to all parents who returned surveys.

All of this research led us to form a School Improvement Plan, which is aimed at improving the numerical ability of all students over the next 3 years.

More details of our school self evaluation and school improvement will be given to all parents at meetings during 2014/15.

We will begin the same process with literacy for 2015/16
