St. Paul’s Community College is located in Lisduggan on Paddy Browne’s Road and is best accessed from Rice Bridge via the Quays and the Cork Road. It is not far from the Waterford Institute of Technology and the Waterford Crystal factory. It is situated straight across the road from Waterford Shopping Centre and the Bank of Ireland.
